    How do I place a web order?

    It's easy (and oh so fun, too)!

    1. Browse our designs until you find something you like, and click on it.

    2. On the design page, select the garment color and size that you would like, and click the "Add To Cart" button.

    3. You can repeat step 2 by clicking on the "Keep Shopping" text link below your cart contents on the "View Cart" page.

    4. When you've got everything you want in your cart, you can complete the checkout process. On the "View Cart" page, scroll down below your cart contents to fill in your personal information (billing & shipping addresses, payment method, etc). When you're done, click the "Continue" button.

    5. A review screen will appear with your order contents and personal information. Once you've verified that the information is correct, click the "Send Order" button.

    6. An order confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

     


    Is ordering secure?

    All personal information submitted to NoiseBot.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party. Our online store is built upon the Yahoo! store system, which means you have one of the biggest and best technology companies in the world securing your order and information.

    Your internet browser helps you recognize when you visit a secure page on our site. A small lock icon appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your internet browser. This means the information on the page is protected and safe. Additional online security is provided by SSL (secure socket layer) encryption which prevents any unauthorized transmission of your personal information.


    How can I pay?

    RomanticCatholic.com accepts Visa & Mastercard as well as PayPal payments. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "Romantic Catholic".


    Can I make changes to my order?

    We may be able to make changes to your order (we can't promise anything). E-mail us within 24 hours of placing your order. Send an e-mail to store@romanticcatholic.com to request a change.


    Why can't i add more than 1 item to my shopping cart?

    If you are having problems adding more than one item to your cart, you should set your web browser software to accept cookies. Also, if you use a firewall or other security software, you should temporarily disable it while adding items to your cart and/or placing an order.

    Our site uses "cookies" to store all of the items you place in your shopping cart. These "cookies" allow our store to keep a record of the items that you place in the shopping cart while you are shopping. The cookie allows you to shop now by placing multiple items in the cart. If you decide to leave our web site, you can return within two weeks, and your items will still be in your cart. You can then complete the checkout process without having to add the items back into the cart again.

    A problem arises when privacy-minded users set their web browser or security programs to not allow cookies or to prompt before accepting a cookie. Also, if you have your Internet Security settings set to block cookies by default, you will not be able to put multiple items in your shopping cart. While blocking unnecessary tracking cookies is a good practice, blocking cookies when shopping NoiseBot.com prevents you from adding more than one item to the shopping cart or being able to leave and return to an existing shopping cart with the items stored.


    What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

    Your order will be delivered by your local mailman. No signature is required. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service First Class and/or Priority Mail). International orders are shipped via USPS Internationl Airmail delivery.


    How much does shipping cost?

    The price of shipping is determined in U.S. pounds (lbs.) by the approximate combined weight of all items in your order.

    USPS United States Standard Shipping cost is $4.95 for up to 1 pound plus $2 for each additional pound.

    Do you deliver to my country?

    We are able to ship packages to the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Iceland, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, and Taiwan.


    How will I know when my order is shipped?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.


    How long until my order arrives?

    Orders require at least 3 to 5 business days to process before they are actually shipped.

    USPS United States Standard Shipping: General delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

    USPS Internationl Shipping: General delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.

    In extreme cases, some items in your order may be out of stock. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.


    Can I track my package?

    The tracking number you receive in your shipment confirmation email is actually a U.S. Postal Service "Delivery Confirmation" number. It is updated when the order has been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made. Typically, the delivery information will only state one of the following messages:

    (1) "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

    or

    (2) "The tracking information for this item was received by the US Postal Service, but the item has not yet been scanned in the mailstream. Please check back later."

    or

    (3) "Your package was delivered."


    Do you offer overnight/Rush shipping?

    Due to limited stock levels on select inventory and delay times from our manufacturers that are beyond our control, we do not offer overnight shipping or any other kind of rush shipping method at this time.


    What kind of products do you use?

    Guys tees (view size chart): 5.3 oz., 100% cotton, preshrunk (Heather Grey: 90% cotton/10% polyester). Seamless double-needle collar; taped neck and shoulders; double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Imported. Made under strict anti-sweatshop conditions. Our guys t-shirts are pretty much your standard regular sizes. If you order your true size, you will have some extra room as far as the fit is concerned. If you desire a tight fit, please consider ordering a size smaller than what you would usually wear.

    Girls tees (view size chart): Manufactured by American Apparel (Classic Girl brand). Sizes run small. Contoured to flatter women’s curves. 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. 100% Baby Rib cotton stretchable collar for comfort and durability. Reinforced shoulder construction to maintain shape through repeated washings. Durable double-stitched bottom hem. Made in the USA.

     

    Hoodies (view size chart): Basic 50% cotton 50% polyester hooded sweatshirts with a standard (Unisex) fit. Ribbed cuffs and waistband. Double-lined hood with grommets and matching drawstring. Front muff pocket. Cover seaming on waistband. Imported. Made under strict anti-sweatshop conditions.

     


    How do your products fit?

    Mens t-shirts are pretty much your standard regular sizes. If you order your true size, you will have some extra room as far as the fit is concerned. If you desire a tight fit, please consider ordering a size smaller than what you would usually wear.

    Our Girls t-shirt sizes run small. They are a girly-fit cut which is similar to baby-doll tees. Also, they are 100% combed cotton which means that they will shrink somewhat after several washing cycles.

    Kids t-shirt sizes are regular-fit and are provided for children, very little dudes, and women who want a looser-fit in the hips area.

    Hoodies are standard/regular sizes and fit true-to-size.

    Tote bags have 22 inch handles, so unless you're a world-class bodybuilder, these should accommodate you just fine.

    You had a design that I wanted, but now it's gone! Can i still buy it?

    If a particular design is no longer listed on our site, it is no longer available for purchase. Occasionally, older designs are deleted from our catalog to make room for new stuff.


    How do I return/Exchange an item?

    If you receive your order and need an item in a different size or color, simply return any unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order at our web site.

    You can return a purchase within 30 days of your original purchase date. Make sure you save your order's original packing slip as your order information is necessary in order to complete the return process. All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

    What if I don't have my original packing slip?

    If you are sending us a return and no longer have your order's original packing slip, please include a print-out of your order confirmation email. If you don't have that, please include a note that states your full name, shipping address, and email address.


    how long will it take to process my return?

    From the time you ship your return back to us, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.


    Can I Submit My Ideas/Slogans?

    At the time we can only accept suggestions for designs, but we are not offering at the time any type of compensation. but if God is willing in the near future we might be able to pay for ideas or designs.
